After 6 fabulous years of baking the time has come to say thank you and farewell. The decision to make this the last market for Yasabel cottage kitchen was not one made easily or without much consideration. Sadly the raising costs of ingredients and of electricity has forced my hand. Whilst there are cheaper alternatives the comprise would be the decline in quality and standard which I was not willing to comprise as that would be failing the integrity of the reason why Yasabel was started.
I want to take this opportunity to thank all the amazing customers that allowed me to come into their homes by sharing my baked items with all their loved ones. The gift you gave me in sharing my baked goods is beyond words , no matter how much I thank you and express my appreciation it would never be enough to thank you for your support. I will miss your smiles , lovely comments , you will always be a part of my memories .
To the Green shed thank you so very much for allowing Yasabel to be part of your amazing community and giving me a chance when no one else would. Your support has being appreciated and I wish you continued support and success.
Last but not least I would like to thank my family. My children who have always supported me and most of all my beautiful husband who taught me so much while still giving me the freedom to grow and develop Yasabel the why I dreamed of it, without his support none of it would have being possible.

This Sunday 14 August come along to the Tamborine Mountain Green Shed located next to the show grounds for some sweet treats or artisan breads.

Whether you’re looking for a treat to share with loved ones, little sweet tooth’s or a picnic for two I’m sure you will enjoy what we have this week.
