Haven't made a cake in forever thankfully this recipient is pretty easily impressed, for my darling (sometimes annoying) son a t-47 air speeder from the new star wars battlefront game, a low flying assault aircraft. Didn't get great photos before hand as lots of family popping in and all the pre party chaos, so this is a candle shot thanks to friends

For the most patient, understanding and underpaid person I know, my son's teacher. What a wonderful woman who has encouraged my boy so much through this year, I can't thank her enough. So I can only gift her with cake and gratitude, choc mud with salted caramel, decorated with dark choc ganache, mixed gold lindor chocolates, caramel popcorn and salted caramel chocolate shards and a few chocolate coated coffee beans. A fun mash up! Mario tunnels with TMNT coming out the sewer. Delicious chocolate mud cake, with salted caramel buttercream and dark chocolate 'crunchy' ganache.

A cake for my daughter, all picked by her, had to be purple with touches of pink, my son and herself helped make the little flowers and butterflies was very sweet to let them join in (only somewhat stressful!) It was a white chocolate vanilla butter cake, with a Swiss meringue buttercream and chocolate ganache all covered under purple fondant😊 Minnie Mouse mouse topper is edible as is the bow. The party was lots of fun face painting park playing and cookie decorating along with other games! According to her it was the best day ever!!

Had to show both shots, the first so you can see the true vibrancy of the colours, the second so you can see the fabulous silhouette properly, photographer I am not!!! Loved making this cake, caramel mud cake, salted caramel buttercream and drizzle, dark chocolate ganache and edible hand hut fondant decorations.

Moist white chocolate vanilla cake with salted caramel buttercream and sauce layered, rough iced in a whipped white chocolate ganache. Chocolate mud cake with salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and salted caramel sauce, covering a dark chocolate ganache. With edible fondant decorations, the shoes are also edible but double as a keepsake that can be kept!
