At the beginning of the month I made this cake for a girlfriends Birthday! Matcha chiffon with matcha infused swiss meringue buttercream, decorated with fresh strawberries and almond flakes! It was a hit!

This was a birthday cake I had made for my dad this month! It's a lemon chiffon covered with fresh cream with strawberry jam blended through! Then decorated with fresh strawberries! A light, citrusy cake that you can keep eating and eating without feeling heavy~

Fresh cream with berries are the perfect match on vanilla sponge cake! Flaked almonds on the side adds some texture as well~
