My cakes are made with multiple layers of moist sponge, creamy fillings and generous layers of delicious extras – from fresh fruit and chocolate mousse to crunchy nuts and caramel.
I love creating cakes that are rich, beautifully layered and full of different flavours and textures. No dry sponge and a little bit of cream here! 🤎
