Toastie Series Finale 🌼🥪

Well... we've reached the end of our Winter Toastie Series!

Over the past few months we've shared some of our favourite ways to enjoy sourdough—from classic comfort food to a few creations you might not have thought of before.

Now it's your turn.

Whether it's a family favourite, a café classic, or something completely wacky, we want to hear it.

We'll choose our favourite suggestion, recreate it here in our kitchen, photograph it, and feature it as the final toastie in the Jackson & Co. Toastie Series.

Toastie Series #15 🌼🥪

As winter starts to make way for spring, we're finishing our featured toastie recipes with one that's fresh, colourful and packed with flavour.

Our Signal Peak Sandwich Loaf stacked with:
🍗 Roast chicken
🥓 Crispy bacon
🥑 Avocado
🧀 Cheese
🍅 Tomato
🥬 Lettuce
🥚 Fried egg (if you're feeling fancy!)
🤍 Aioli

Toast until the sourdough is beautifully golden and crisp, then get ready to enjoy all the flavours of a classic club sandwich with a Jackson & Co. twist.

FATHER’S DAY IS SNEAKING UP! 💛

A little reminder that our Father’s Day Hampers are $85, packed with a beautiful mix of Jackson & Co. goodies and local treats — plenty to eat, enjoy and share (or not share!).

Perfect for Dad, Grandad or any good bloke who deserves a bit of spoiling.
