If you’ve ordered from me before, you know I’m a mudcake girl. But this cake has converted me! I wanted to whip up something quick in my thermomix for afternoon tea for Mother’s Day, so decided to try the signature chocolate cake, and all I can say is WOWZA!
Filled with a rich chocolate buttercream and topped with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies…chefs kiss!!

Simple recipe, easy to assemble and decorate, with a stunning and delicious result 🤤

I’m temporarily trading in my apron for high vis and hard hats…well, not exactly, but my day job and family commitments are ramping up a bit over the next few months so I’ve decided to close my orders until later in the year.

If you’ve got a confirmed order it’s still going ahead, and I’ll keep posting pics of yummy things I’m making for my family. I’ll update my socials when I’m taking orders again.
