Providing wholesome gluten free breads and baked goods using fresh milled organic grains. When my son was 3 he was diagnosed with Coeliac disease. Further tests showed that both myself and my father also have coeliac disease. I've worked hard to come up with some breads and snacks that are fresh (where possible I mill the wholegrains myself), healthy and delicious. Currently I am working on a "by

order" basis. Please contact me with your order by Wednesday 5pm. Your goods will be available for pick up Thursday evening or Friday.
