Long time since last post, but if you are missing my baked goods they are available for sale at TAFE RIGHT NOW!

Students have been working hard baking all morning and we are selling it all today!!!!
We got Danish pastries, salted caramel cruffins, sourdough bread and much more left still!

It's in the Zeewijk Training restaurant, a.k.a. U Block at Geraldton Campus.

To my wonderful, supportive customers,
Last year I started a part time position teaching commercial cookery and patisserie at Geraldton TAFE, and this has recently increased to full time. It is time for me to have a bit of a change and focus on sharing my knowledge and skills with others (and yes, it's nice for my wife and I to have weekends together!)
I want to thank all of you for your continued support and appreciation for the past 4 years, I couldn't have done it without you! From starting out baking out of Tarts and Co, supplying them and Salt Dish, to doing the Sunday markets, to supplying most of the cafes in town with bread and/or pastries, to having to pivot during COVID and doing home deliveries, it's been a wild ride and we thank you! I'm still going to be baking some bread for the upcoming Shore Leave event in April, and we might do some special occasion bakes throughout the year, we will see what the future brings!

Hi all,

Finally back on with home deliveries for the coming Saturday!

Have been away in Europe for a while visiting family and then got a bit too busy with some other things.

Last delivery of the year this weekend!

Will be afternoon deliveries between 13.00 and 17.00.

Chocolate/Hazelnut cruffins, Almond Croissants, Breads and more on the menu.

Early Christmas delivery this year, as we'll finally be going back to see my family in Europe for Christmas!

Orders are open now, and will be delivered on Saturday afternoon on the 10th between 13.00 and 17.00.

This will be the last delivery of the year and we'll be away until late January!
