Jenelle's Custom Cakes Beautiful cakes for all occasions! Wedding, Birthday and novelty cakes. Located in Grovedale, VIC All wedding cakes must be fully paid 1 month before date due.

I do have small children, and may sometimes be caught up with Mum stuff :) but I will get back to you as soon as I can. When contacting me to enquire about a cake, please include all possible details so I can provide you with an accurate quote, and make the process a little quicker. Please note, your cake is not

secure until a 50% deposit has been paid.

All quotes are valid for 7 days only (14 days for wedding cake quotes), and a 50% deposit is required to secure your date and quoted price. Changes may be made to your order up to 2 weeks prior as long as no work has begun. If you have sugar flowers or toppers for your cake, these are usually made up to 1 month in advance so no changes to design can be made after these have been started. Final remaining payment for birthday cakes is preferred 1 week prior to collection of your cake, or correct cash will be needed on the day. A holding deposit of $50 can be paid to secure your date if you want to book but have yet to decide on a design and will give you time to make your decision. When collecting your cake, please remember I have young children who have many social events that I try to fit in around cake collections so please ensure you are always on time. Pick ups are usually between 9am-2pm on Saturdays, and 9am-12pm on Sundays. Collections (where possible) can be made outside of these hours prior to collection date.
