Cookies by Qui is officially taking part in the Tastes of Greater Geelong festival this winter!! And to celebrate, we’re hosting a Christmas in July Cookie Decorating Workshop! ☃️❤️

Think festive cookies, good vibes, plenty of laughs, and a fun morning with your favourite people. Whether you’re a total beginner or you’ve always wanted to try cookie decorating, this workshop is designed to be relaxed, creative, and SO much fun.

You’ll learn decorating techniques, create your own beautiful Christmas themed cookies to take home, and honestly? There’s just something ridiculously satisfying about piping icing onto cookies while chatting and snacking with friends. 😍

It’s the perfect excuse for:
✨ Catching up with friends
✨ Trying something new
✨ Supporting a local small business
✨ Getting into the Christmas spirit (very) early

Plus everything is provided for you, so you can just show up and enjoy yourself. 🎅🏼

I made this Lightning McQueen set ages ago and somehow completely forgot to post them. Still obsessed with how they turned out though. I loved combining printed cookies with a bit of hand piping to add some extra dimension, especially on the name cookies. Such a fun set to make! 🏎️💨

I know we’re not technically in wedding season, but I absolutely loved creating this bridal shower set. 💜

The purple paired so beautifully with the white and silver details, and the whole set just came together so elegantly. Definitely one of those orders that makes me stop and admire it before packing it upn 😍

BREAKING NEWS 🎺

Following another round of rising costs, Cookies By Qui can officially confirm Anthony Albanese and Jim Chalmers have acquired a significant shareholding in my royal icing cookie business. 🤝

While I designed the sets, baked the cookies, mixed the icing, answered enquiries at midnight, paid for ingredients, packaging, insurance, electricity, market fees, website costs, card fees, equipment, and somehow survived the price of butter, eggs AND vanilla…

…it appears Canberra now believes they deserve a sizeable slice of the cookie as well, for just.. well.. existing. 🍪

At this point I’m considering adding: “Proudly co-owned by the Australian Government” to the back of my cookie boxes... 🥴

Small business owners everywhere are asking the same question:
At what point does passion stop being rewarding and start becoming survival mode? Without small businesses… there are no custom cookies. No markets. No handmade gifts. No late-night creators making magic from scratch...

Anyway, here’s an AI Treasurer helping mix the royal icing while the PM supervises quality control with a piping bag... Because if we don't laugh.. we'll cry right?

Okay but how cute are these little koalas 🐨🌿

Hand piped, edible and honestly would make the sweetest little party favour. These cookies come individually wrapped, look adorable on party tables and double as both dessert AND a take home gift. No cheap plastic toys getting tossed in the bin five minutes later! 😅

ROAR-some birthday vibes for Zach’s 7th 🦖🎉

These Jurassic Park cookies were so much fun to bring to life! I absolutely love using my for designs like this. It’s perfect when you want something super detailed, eye-catching and still budget-friendly 🙌

To make them pop even more, I used 3D piping before printing. That means layering white icing first, letting it set, then printing over the top for that extra dimension and texture… way more exciting than a flat print, especially on those dino eyes! 😍
