Here is my mint aero cake I created for a lovely customer a few days ago! She wanted a vanilla sponge with a chocolate fudge filling, and I thought I’d spice it up by colouring the sponge a gorgeous ‘mint aero’ green with my gel colours! 🍃Hope she liked the surprise!🍫

Who is ready for 🍁AUTUMN🍁 (I know I am!)
Brace yourself for my ‘forest fruits’ cake! 🍓Fresh blackberries, raspberries and blueberries, baked into a vanilla sponge and coated in American buttercream.
This is also my first attempt at a ‘painted’ cake, and thought autumnal flowers would be a perfect start to the coming season! 🍂

This was a cake I did for a lovely customer last week, who said she loved strawberries and meringues!

I decided to create a little surprise in the middle and used alternating layers of vanilla and red velvet sponge to achieve a two-tone rainbow! 🍰

Aloha followers...Take a look at this Hawaiian cake!🌸 This is my first attempt at a two tiered cake and I think I’ll give myself a pat in the back for this one! You wouldn’t think just a plain vanilla sponge was hidden beneath this tropic sunset slice of delight, but let me tell you it’s just as magical! ✨

Pink oreo chocolate fudge cake! This beauty was made for a customers daughter whose only wish was to include pink and Kinder bueno! (I mean who doesn’t love that too!) I decided to use Oreo crumbs in the butter cream icing to achieve this gorgeous deep pink, and was determined to find all the kinder bueno treats to make this cake perfect for her!

Here’s my first attempt at a cakesicle! 🍰 Not to shabby if you ask me! I used the left over red velvet sponge from my previous ‘fault-line’ cake, and mixed that with fresh vanilla buttercream to make these delicious treats! 🍭 This trick is a good way to use your left over sponge from a previous cake, while minimising the waste! 💕 Cakesicles are also great for people who don’t like huge slices of cake, (I mean I hope EVERYONE loves a huge slice of cake now and then), but for those who prefer a smaller treat, these gorgeous bites of heaven are perfect for you! ✨
And even if you don’t like cake...they are just nice to look at! 🍬

Can it get any more magical than rainbows and unicorns?...no I didn’t think so! 🌈 These cupcakes are inspired by Cupcake Jemma, with a little twist from myself of course. The magic doesn’t just stop on the outside! 🦄 Here we have a vanilla cupcake, cored and filled with piped marshmallow fluff and sprinkles! 🧁 A multicoloured American style buttercream topped with golden ears and a horn completes this gorgeous cupcake, and is available in a treat box too! ✨

Here we have a birthday cake for the lovely Leah and her family! 🍰
This beauty is a four layer vanilla sponge, filled with strawberry jam and a swiss-meringue buttercream. 🍓 Adorning the top are pink mini meringue kisses and a dreamy white chocolate drip!
Don’t forget to add as many sprinkles as you can... (then add some more!) ✨
