The singlet has aged, I’ve definitely aged, but my passion for sculpting cakes and pushing my boundaries have brought me so much joy over the years. Happy 15th birthday this strawberry flavoured buttercake wrapped in fondant sent the backstage chefs into a frenzy! And to bring my parents along for the ride was just the icing on the cake!
