Position available: Full‑Time Bakery Supervisor– 5:30 am Start (Mon–Fri)
🍰 We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Bakery Supervisor to lead our team and daily operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in early starts, fast‑paced environments, and delivering consistently high‑quality products and service.
🔑 Key responsibilities:
Overseeing daily bakery operations and production flow
Leading, training, and supporting staff
Ensuring product quality, freshness, and presentation
Managing stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
Maintaining food‑safety, hygiene, and workplace standards
Coordinating daily schedules and ensuring smooth service
Providing excellent customer service and handling enquiries
👀 What we’re looking for
Proven experience in bakery, café, or food‑service management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with 5:30 am starts
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Understanding of food‑safety standards
