Turbo Fan G32D4 Full Size 4 Tray digital gas convection oven for sale.

Hey all,

Yes sadly I’m at beginning of selling off some of my baking equipment.. this is not the baby maker so the dream is not over yet. When the time comes I will do my best to pass that news on with concious lol 😂

The oven has only ever been used to bake bread. All in working order except for one of the little red lights in the panels has stopped glowing. ( shown in the picture ) this should not affect your bake as it’s pretty easy to figure out what temperature your setting it at as you go up in numbers.
The oven would be great for all round CATERING , BAKING etc!

Note - this oven is not the ideal oven for SOURDOUGH bread..
I used it to finish off the loaves once they came out of the baby maker Rofco bread oven.
I definitely did pull off multiple bakes early in my career and you can do pan loafs and probably all other bread ( I’m not sure, I only know sourdough ) but as it’s a turbo fan oven , the fan is not ideal for sourdough as you want moisture & no fan at the beginning.
I originally made the above mistake as i could only run gas at the time of buying. 🤦🏽‍♀️
