There’s something pretty special about seeing a macaron handmade in West Leederville make its way aboard the Indian Pacific, one of Australia’s most iconic luxury train journeys.

From our kitchen in Perth to a journey across the country, Jollie’s Brigadeiro Macaron is now part of the Indian Pacific experience.

A chocolate macaron, handmade in Perth, with the rich brigadeiro flavour that has become one of Jollie’s favourites.

And yes, our macarons are gluten-free.

Thousands of kilometres. One very special macaron. And a little piece of Perth going along for the ride.

You don’t need a train ticket to try it, though.

Our Mini Gourmet starts with two simple choices, your favourite cake flavour and the brigadeiro topping you can’t stop thinking about

Each one is handmade, baked fresh and finished with a generous layer of brigadeiro, creating your own combination might be the hardest part 🎀

A little update for this weekend, there won’t be a Slab Cake Festival this Saturday

With the incredible demand for our macarons, our new kiosk now open and so many lovely things happening behind the scenes, we need to give our full attention to this very busy new chapter

The Festival is taking a little pause, but there’s plenty more sweetness and exciting news coming soon 🤍

Yesterday, we were putting every little detail into place.
Today, we opened the doors to something we’ve been dreaming about for a while.

Seeing the kiosk filled with macarons, familiar faces and new ones made this first day very special.

Four days to go, and we couldn’t hold the confetti in.

Our little macaron kiosk opens on the 24th: handmade, small-batch and less-sweet, French in technique, gluten-free by heart. A Le Cordon Bleu chef, a fresh batch every day, and Perth’s most delicate macarons — now a little closer to you.

The hardest part isn’t the baking — it’s choosing which flavour to bite first.

From Banoffee to Pistachio, every shell is baked in small batches, delicate and less-sweet, the French way. All gluten-free too (except Biscoff and Cookies ‘n’ Cream 🎀).

Cake slices in West Leederville — this weekend the Festival de Fatias goes mini.

This Saturday it’s just four:
strawberry meringue · matilda · peanut cream · kinder bueno

Slab cakes cut fresh, coffee on, doors open early. No orders, no holds — first here, first served. When a flavour’s gone, it’s gone, so come early, grab a coffee, and stay a while.
