We are permanently closed

I have had so many messages asking if we are closing down.. yes we are! I put up a post about 6 weeks ago letting everyone know it was the final 3 weeks of Sugar Lane and we closed our doors on December 23rd.

Thankyou to everyone who has supported me over the last 2 years, it’s been a dream come true being able to bake and decorate for everyone. Just to let everyone know - I won’t be baking from home or opening up anywhere else.

For 2024, I am looking forward to slower mornings and sleep ins, spending more time with those I love, the beginning of a new career and only baking one batch of brownies in my pjs on a weekend!

Have a lovely year everyone, we will see what the future holds 🧁

All orders for 2023 are now CLOSED. We will have a cabinet full of desserts and large tarts etc all week including Saturday.

On Saturday we will be open 8-12pm and I highly recommend coming in early because as soon as we are sold out we will close 🩷

Sugar Lane Announcement

One of the greatest feelings in the world is making wonderful food that people love.

Over the last 2 years I have made my own dreams come true from owning my own cake and dessert shop and being able to come in every morning and create the freshest, tastiest and most beautiful desserts for all of you.

As 2024 draws closer it’s time to turn off my oven and hang up my apron at Sugar Lane HQ - and close the doors on the most amazing few years as a business owner.
I’d like to thank everyone who has continuously supported me and cheered me on - I’ll be forever grateful.

While I’m sad to be leaving my little pink and blue shop behind, I’m proud of what I have accomplished and the many memories I’ll forever cherish. I am most proud of myself for being brave enough to follow my dream of opening my own cake shop and not left myself wondering ‘what if’.

Our final trading day will be Saturday December 23rd, just in time for Christmas treats. Here’s to our final 3.5 weeks..
