Pistachio and lemon cake will always be my favourite cake to make. If you want to give this one a go you can find the recipe in Momufuku Milk Bar book
Layers and layers of 'moist' pistachio sponge (I'm sorry, there's just no other word I can possibly use to describe this cake), lemon curd, pistachio frosting and crunchy white chocolate milk crumbs.
I've decorated this one with some candied lemon slices, which, might I add that they look fantastic and I love them for this cake, but lemon pith tastes like lemon pith even when its caramalised in sugar. Nice to look at but maybe just as a garnish, not to eat.
