Learning about danish pastries. So far have made the Cinnamon bun and Basil bun with chilli honey. Amazing how good a good quality pastry can taste. Still working on the Danish twist technique but the taste is all there.

A couple of sourdough loaves to tide us over. A plain and a fruit loaf. The fruit loaf is my absolute fav and won’t last long. Trying out some herb and olive oil crackers today
