We are on our final sprint with only four weeks left before we close our little bread stall.

Our last bake day will be on the 28th of March.

If you're planning to stock up your freezer,
please message us to let us know how much you need, and we'll arrange an extra bake day for freezer fill-ups ☺️

Tomorrow is bake day again! 🥨

First load of Sourdoughs will be out around 8am. Followed by yummy cinnamon buns, pretzel rolls & baguettes. Our special bread will be a Khorasan White Sourdough made with an ancient grain that contains more protein and less gluten.

We’re working hard to make more bread every week, still seeing people rocking up and leaving empty handed.. To avoid missing out you can pre-order your bread for Thursday pick up (Website restocks every Thursday & cuts off on Tuesdays).

100% Rye Sourdough 🌾

Rye flour is much more difficult to work with. It’s very low in gluten which makes it super sticky and absorbs a lot more water resulting in a longer baking time. On the other side it stays fresh and moist a lot longer than any other loaves!

Pretty happy with this one, it’s all about practicing and learning from mistakes ☺️
Our Rye Bread will be back on the menu very soon.

Our regular Sourdough and some sweet specials will be out tomorrow on Riverbend Ln!

We have looots have extra bread this time so hopefully no one has to miss out this week.

The sign will be out on Scotsdale Rd whenever there is fresh bread and pastries available in our Bread Stall on Riverbend Ln 😋

Guess what, first use will be tomorrow already!
Our Bread Basket Sourdough will be freshly baked in the morning and out by 9am!
