Graduation cake for 2 brothers who both graduated at the same time, 1 graduated as an accountant and the other as a builder. The cake had to have elements of both professions in a gold and navy colour scheme. Everything on the cake, including the tools and decorations are 100% edible even the spreadsheet and building plans used to cover the board.

Bonsai Cake, this cake is 100% edible. the cake was made with a raised pot which was hand painted, the bonsai tree is made with edible modeling chocolate and fondant leaves. The board was covered in fondant and hand painted to show the raised pebble effect.
