Ever wondered where the flour in your favourite sourdough actually comes from?
We went straight to the source in Moree to find out.

Spending time on the ground with John from Provenance Flour and Simon from Doolin Agriculture was an absolute masterclass in sustainable farming and grain quality.

Seeing the dedication that goes into cultivating this grain makes us pretty proud to do what we do. When you care this much about the raw ingredients, it changes the game.🙌

Great bread starts long before the dough is mixed. Recently, our team headed to Moree to learn more about the grain, the soil, and the incredible people behind it all.

Big thanks to John from Provenance Flour, Simon from Doolin Agriculture, and Richard from Tweedy & Family for sharing their knowledge and passion with us. We came home with dusty boots and a deeper appreciation for every loaf we bake.
