Inspired by the traditional snail pastry, reimagined the Crescent way.
Baked in a mould for a slightly different shape, giving you a beautifully crisp exterior while keeping the centre soft, rich and moist.
The mould also locks in all that goodness—so our house coconut custard stays where it belongs, soaking beautifully into the base instead of escaping during the bake.
Inside, you’ll find a generous mix of sultanas, raisins, muscat, currants, and slivered almonds, perfectly paired with the creamy coconut custard for a warm, fragrant, and deeply satisfying bite.
