After a lot of thought and consideration I have decided to take Christmas off this year.
It was quite a difficult decision to make, whilst Christmas is the busiest most hectic time of the year for me, it's also the most satisfying.
I will never get tired of hearing how much my effort is enjoyed and appreciated by those that order for Christmas and I am fortunate to have the most wonderful customers ( yeh you know who you are ) that I know I am disappointing.
Truthfully I need a little break from the kitchen, set aside some time to prepare and enjoy a Christmas that doesn't involve throwing the Christmas tree into the corner and pitching balls at it like I am trying out for the mens baseball team, 45 minutes before family arrive for Christmas lunch, Yes that has happened.
I also have a lengthy to do list that requires some attention and here in Victoria you have about 4 weeks that you can do anything outside before the heat and the flies drive you back inside.
A huge thank you to everyone who as ordered, kept me busy creating and icing over the past 12 months, it has been a blast.
