Knowing that I have choices but also that life unfolds around me..... trusting in the process, but being an active part of the process. This year has been one of great change! I left behind a business that I had been working on and in for the best part of 20years ( with a maternity break of a year or two thrown in there) and embarked on a complete life overall! I have been retraining and soul searching and flowing with life's currents. Some days it's beautiful clear skies and smooth sailing, some days have been full of turbulence and full upside capsizes, some days have been full of grey skies and rains and storms, its taken resilience and flexibility and strength and I am proud of myself and where I am at. Life is beautiful x if you are wondering where I am at, you will find me paddling up the river........ breathing deeply x love 's journeys #
