This weekend’s release is one of those collections that doesn’t really fit into a neat little box.

A bit of Australia. A bit of sparkle. Some classic shapes. From banksias and gum nuts to shell pieces, autumn leaves, cockatoos and a few unexpected favourites, this release is full of one-off tags that all have their own personality.

That’s probably my favourite part of creating these collections. No two releases ever end up looking the same.

I still get so excited seeing your pups wearing their Walkabout Tails pieces out in the real world, and I’m so grateful for the continued support, messages, orders, photos, shares….. all of it. It genuinely means so much.

I know I’ve been a little quieter lately. We’ve got a few things happening behind the scenes outside of Walkabout Tails over the next few weeks, so things might stay a little slower for a short while. But once life settles down again, I’m really looking forward to getting properly back into the swing of things.

And yes… there are definitely a few new things in the works 👀

Classic shapes, but definitely not basic ✨

This release has some of my favourite pieces I’ve made in a long time. Lots of rich colours, bold metallic details and those little unexpected textures and patterns that make every tag completely different from the next.

A few of these have genuinely tempted me to “accidentally” keep them for myself 😅

I’ve been working on a few brand new shapes, and I’m pretty stoked with how they turned out.

As always, each tag is handmade and completely one of a kind.

A quick update from the studio.

Due to an unexpected back injury, I haven’t been able to spend as much time in the studio this week as planned, which has put me a little behind in completing orders from the most recent release.

I’m slowly getting back into the studio today and expect all current orders to be completed and posted by early next week at the latest.

As a result, I’ve decided to postpone the next Walkabout Tails release by one week. The next release will now be live on Sunday 24 May at 12 pm AEST.

There are still quite a few beautiful tags available on the website from previous releases, and I’ll share an update of what’s still available later today 🥰

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Walkabout Tails is a one woman business, and I truly appreciate your continued support.
