Had the AMAZING pleasure to do a wedding cake for a friend. Bit stressful, but to those who know me, I stress about a lot 😅 white mud cake with white choc drip for top tier, red velvet and textured ribbed icing for bottom tier. Took a bit to colour the icing right but so so happy with how it turned out!! Gf chocolate cupcakes as well (just forgot to take a proper photo!) thank you so much for asking me to do your cake! So happy everyone loved it! Congratulations again!

Had a bit of fun last night with practicing using a serrated edge for the icing. Bit of a rough look yes, but just practising. Had to taste it today of course and omg, I’m so happy with how even the icing layers are inside!! This was a literal maybe 15 min ice of this cake (not including chill time) and it worked out so damn well!! Happy days! Now of Covid can go away so I can actually do this damn cake order I have soon, that’ll be great!!
