GOOD NEWS!

We are NOT closing down. Just changing ;P

You may have heard a rumour that we are closing down. The good news is that we are NOT.

The truth is we’ve just had to make really hard decisions to protect our sanity and this business that we love. We’ve realised that growing bigger and bigger was no longer fun, as we had reached a level of mental and physical exhaustion that was taking a toll on our health. We were at risk of losing our creativity, passion and the excitement of making baked goods. Despite any financial success, not having that would have meant we would have failed our customers, our staff and our family.

So what happens now?

We still have our retail + production space at Park Beach. Our cafe Peach & Wolf at Yarrila in CBD, our tiny kiosk in Woopi and our Blue Coffee Van at Harbourside Markets every Sunday.

We will focus on creating excellent products that you will hopefully love, and we will have fun doing it.

It's hard to put down in words what happened on our birthday week. You guys showed us your love and on Friday, when it was insane cause we couldn't keep up with the queue...I was literally making coffee and sobbing behind the machine. Those were happy tears. I couldn't believe that still after four years and in this economy this dream is still going strong. THANK YOU GUYS and sorry to those that missed out🙏🙏🙏

And one more a big shout out to our team. Thank you doesn't even come close to describe my gratitude for your hard work and dedication 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

We are looking for a baker and/or pastry chef.

We are a neighbourhood bakery with the sole purpose of making outstanding baked goods for our loyal retail and wholesale customers.
We have three locations; our main production space is literally across the road from the beach.

The successful candidate will:

- be looking for a coastal change if not living already in the Coffs Coast...this is a beautiful part of Australia with heaps of access to nature and a nice quality of life

- have experience handling production of natural leavened baked goods…i.e. understands fermentation and is able to make suggestions or learn how to adjust for different conditions

- be a team player

- value working at a nurturing, creative workspace

- value work-life balance
