The Artisan Crust Pop-up Boulangerie and Patisserie Scott’s culinary adventure began 25 years ago in the hospitality industry as an apprentice.

Our little story is one that is inspired by passion, creativity, the need to return to goodness, simplicity and the artisan way. He has since qualified as a chef, baker, educator, competed internationally in bakery teams and recently acquired the title of master baker of Australia. His heart is for beautiful, handcrafted bread and pastry products, his hunger is to share it locally and restore resp

ect for traditional methods and advancing the craft and his hope is to do all this with a global conscience, impacting those less fortunate. Cath is an occupational therapist by profession, mother of 4 busy little people, lover of growing earthy delights, home cook and foodie and happy to share the journey with all those around her. Together, we bring you a taste of the very best…THE ARTISAN CRUST. It is our HOPE that our products will nourish and SUSTAIN you. A percentage of all profits raised is donated to underprivileged communities so that OTHERS may be SUSTAINED also.
