Pop-up Boulangerie and Patisserie Scott’s culinary adventure began 25 years ago in the hospitality industry as an apprentice.

Our little story is one that is inspired by passion, creativity, the need to return to goodness, simplicity and the artisan way. He has since qualified as a chef, baker, educator, competed internationally in bakery teams and recently acquired the title of master baker of Australia. His heart is for beautiful, handcrafted bread and pastry products, his hunger is to share it locally and restore resp

ect for traditional methods and advancing the craft and his hope is to do all this with a global conscience, impacting those less fortunate. Cath is an occupational therapist by profession, mother of 4 busy little people, lover of growing earthy delights, home cook and foodie and happy to share the journey with all those around her. Together, we bring you a taste of the very best…THE ARTISAN CRUST. It is our HOPE that our products will nourish and SUSTAIN you. A percentage of all profits raised is donated to underprivileged communities so that OTHERS may be SUSTAINED also.

We will be selling from 7:30am till 1:00pm or until sold out.
Penny & a Pickle will have their coffee and drinks menu available.
We will have all our usual range of breads and pastries. Specials for this weekend will include:

Life is a curious thing and sometimes the journey takes an unexpected turn. 10 years ago, we did our very first market production for the Funfest in Emerald and since then have had the privilege of meeting, befriending, and serving so many wonderful customers through the Emerald markets and more recently through our popups at Penny & a Pickle. Over the past few months, we have decided (for so many reasons) that it is time to close our popup doors. The decision has occurred more abruptly than initially planned but we are wanting you to know that our Popup on Sunday the 5th of June will be the very last that we do. We will continue our weekend wholesale through Avonsleigh General Store, Cockatoo IGA and Spencer store and our Bake School will also continue.
It is with an extraordinary sense of grief and mixed emotion that we end this chapter. We thank you, so profoundly, for your support and patronage over the years and particularly for sustaining our business through the lockdowns – we are humbled beyond words. We have loved selling and sharing our beautiful breads and pastries with you and have loved that you have shared your lives and stories with us in return. We hope that many memories have been created around your tables as you have shared our products with the people you do life with.
We will be posting, for the final time, on Wednesday night our specials for the weekend. Pre-order is welcome.
