Hi! I’m Zee… you may have seen me on the Great Australian Bake Off. 🎂

I got in. Filmed the first episode… got sunstroke and got voted out.

Awkward … I know.

But here’s my take… I got IN. I auditioned, I won a place, and I showed up. That’s the bit worth celebrating.

That’s what Bento + Bubbles is all about.

We’re a Melbourne celebration business — mini cakes, celebration boxes, a monthly pop-up cafe, a club membership, and of course the cake and sip classes you know and love.

We don’t wait for the perfect outcome. we celebrate what happened…. We call them Mini Celebrations🥂

The Celebration Cafe is 14 days away — and this is your sign to book.

Friday 29 May. $60 per person. Two sittings — 2:30pm and 6:00pm. Pre-booked only.

Included: Cake + Bubbles (prosecco, non-alcoholic sparkling or soft drinks) Add a BITS board for focaccia, crisps and olives.

Not joining us inside? Pick up a cake to take home or collect your pre-ordered celebration cakes and boxes.

Things I do to make a 2-hour cake class the best night of your week.

I make the bubbly focaccia from scratch. Every single time. I give everyone a piping practice sheet before they touch the cake. I play the music loud enough that nobody feels awkward. I pour the bubbles before anyone even sits down. And I use 4 inch cakes — there's a story behind that involving fabulous comedian Sarah Millican... for another time.

I built a whole business around the belief that you don't have to wait for a reason to celebrate.

This is Bento + Bubbles.

We make tiny cakes. We pour bubbles. We run classes where strangers become friends over buttercream and focaccia. We send celebration boxes when someone needs to know they're being thought of. We host a monthly Celebration Cafe for people who want to mark a moment — any moment. And we've built a Club for people who want to show up for themselves every single month.

The whole thing is built on one idea: you don't have to earn the celebration. You don't have to wait for the big birthday, the promotion, the milestone. The finished project, the hard week, the Tuesday you made it through — that's enough.

We LOVE — we use them at and in every thing we do!

Every Bento + Bubbles celebration box comes with a bottle of Just a Glass prosecco tucked inside. (Yes, we have a non-alcoholic alternative 😉)

And every cake and sip class? We pour from — unlimited bubbles for all…nobody’s glass runs dry while you’re piping!

I’ve made the same chocolate cake since I was 8 years old.

It’s the one that got me onto The Great Australian Bake Off.

It’s the only one we make.

One recipe, done beautifully. Easily converted to gluten free or vegan. Nothing wasted, nothing sitting unused.
do one thing, and we do it with everything we have.
