A quiet Sunday at O'Haras Bakery today. We're normally closed, but the kids came in for some colouring while Tom and I got a few things done around the bakery.

We also had a special little visitor. This is Willa the possum, currently doing the rounds on a family adventure. She settled in nicely with a hot chocolate and a sausage roll.

Florentines!

Crunchy cornflakes, juicy glace cherries and sultanas, all held together with a golden caramel and finished with a rich chocolate base. Sweet, chewy, and completely moreish.
