The brief for this cake was 'Little Mermaid vibes'. So naturally I had to listen to the whole soundtrack whilst decorating (which may or may not have led to many more hours listening to the rest of classic Disney music) 😀

It makes me so happy when I get entrusted to do whatever I want with the design but it makes me even happier when they LOVE their cake!

Design: edible crinole tulle lace for the base and organic pressed edible flowers from for the top

Delivering this cake was possibly one of the most treacherous cake journeys I've ever done! But thank God we made it and boy was it pretty!

Flavours: top tier - Earl Grey, bottom tier - zesty lemon both with a light and smooth Australian buttercream
