A BIG LIFE UPDATE FROM GG’S DELIGHTS 🩷
This is definitely one of the hardest posts we’ve had to write…
At the end of this year, GG’s Delights will be making the move to Brisbane.
Firstly, we want to apologise for the late announcement. Over the past few months we’ve been trying to figure out what the future of the business would look like, and to be honest, we’re still working through exactly what comes next. While we’re incredibly excited for this new chapter, it’s also very bittersweet to say goodbye to the town where it all began 🥹
Although we will be relocating, we are hoping to make trips back to Clermont to visit family and friends, and if everything works out, we’d absolutely love to bring a few GG’s Delights goodies back with us from time to time. We can’t make any promises just yet, but we’re certainly hoping it’s something we can do in the future 🤩
With our move getting closer, we’ll be taking our last orders by the 15th of September before we begin preparing everything for the move. If you’ve been thinking about ordering a cake, cheesecake, catering, desserts or baked goods for an upcoming event or celebration, now is the perfect time to book. We’d absolutely love to finish this chapter doing what we love most—creating something special for you all 🫶
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single person who has supported GG’s Delights over the past couple years 🙏
Thank you to our incredible family who have helped behind the scenes every step of the way, to our amazing friends and helpers who have given up their time to lend a hand whenever we’ve needed it, and to everyone who has encouraged us throughout this journey. We truly couldn’t have done it without you ✨
To our wonderful customers and the Clermont community—thank you. Thank you for every order, every kind message, every recommendation, every event you invited us to be part of, and every bit of encouragement you’ve given us along the way. We feel so incredibly lucky that we were able to start our little business in such a supportive small town and meet so many amazing people because of it. The friendships, memories and opportunities you’ve given us are something we’ll always be grateful for 💝
While this chapter is coming to an end, we are so excited for what lies ahead. Brisbane opens up so many new opportunities, and we can’t wait to see where this journey takes us. We hope you’ll continue following along as GG’s Delights begins its next adventure 🥳
Thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts, for being such a special part of our journey. Clermont will always hold a very special place in our hearts ❤️
With love,
Georgia and Gabby 🧁
