Levain is an independent Melbourne-based bakery
specialising in handmade doughnuts. We are scratch
bakers, and pride ourselves in only using premium
locally sourced ingredients. Our dough is made from a
unique sourdough hybrid which guarantees a one of a
kind doughnut experience. Every aspect of our doughnuts are made fresh in house
daily. Whether it be our dough, jams, compotes,
fillings, glazes

or toppings. We distribute our doughnuts to cafes throughout
Victoria and provide catering for weddings, festivals,
food truck parks, markets and events.
