I am a fully qualified Pastry Chef who loves every aspect of baking and decorating cakes and desserts. In case anyone were wandering where classy cakes have disappeared to. The answer is nowhere. I am focusing on the most important job I will ever do. Be a mother! I am still here and still operating but caking has taken a little backseat...unless it is of course cooking and baking with the kids or prepping for school lunch boxes, which is a great passion of mine! I love seeing their faces light up when they open the lunch box and see something exciting and homemade! Don't worry I still have some tricks up my sleeve and time to time get to whip up something delicious!

So I have been missing in action the past 6 months due to alot going on behind the scenes at Classy Cakes. I have moved house, been working 2 other jobs and doing the usual mumma thing looking after 2 young children, husband and household. Life has been busy!

I would just like to thank all of those that have supported my little cake biz throughout this time. I will remain doing exclusive orders for the time being. Thank-you for your patience xx

A special Birthday cake for a very special lady! My mother! She loves profiteroles and I wanted to make something a little different for her so I made her a gift! Literally! An all edible gift!

80 profiteroles filled with vanilla custard & chocolate custard & dipped in white & milk chocolate. Decorated with a pink chocolate bow and ribbon with candy hearts.
