Winter bakes are done and dusted guys!

It’s been a long 2 months of solo parenting and running this little bakery and the thing I’m most excited for during this break is, to catch up on some sleep 🤞

Not that I don’t love the 2am wake ups, I just realllly love sleep more. 🙈

I’ll be back end of September, just in time for school holidays and to kick start spring/summer season ☀️

Yesss, that does mean sourdough sweet treats will be back on the menu, yewwww 🍪🍩🌀🖤

NO BREAD TOMORROW ⬇️

Winter is fully upon us and unfortunately my littlest has been unwell. I haven’t been able to get into the bakery this morning which means I won’t have any bread tomorrow.

I have messaged all orders to arrange a different collection day.

Thankyou for understanding guys and I’ll be back with the sourdough goods next Thursday.

Baked off some beautiful wholegrain rye’s early this morning in the stunning full moonlight 🌑

If you loooove a darker slightly denser loaf with more of a fuller flavour, this one is for you!

Perfect with meats/cheeses and pickles, hearty stews and soups.

ANCIENT WHOLEGRAIN SPELT & SESAME 😍

In all its glory, one of my ultimate fav loaves and for good reason. Made with 100% Ancient spelt which is grown differently to modern wheat, has a much lower gluten content due to the fragile protein structure, which can be eaten at ease for some people with gut sensitivities. Half of this loaf uses the whole spelt grain and along with my usual 12-18 hour fermentation process to leaven the bread, adds a huge nutritional boost and natural flavour to this loaf.

Definitely one to check out if you haven’t already 🤤 🍞 🫶
