Our Anzac Biscuit Croissants are officially back in the cabinet all weekend long! Think our signature flaky layers filled with oat frangi and topped with that iconic toasted oat, coconut, and golden syrup crunch.

A few lucky legends might have even snagged one today as an early treat, but if you missed out, don't sweat it. We’ve got plenty more hitting the trays tomorrow and Sunday.

To keep the brews flowing exactly the way you like them, we’re making a small change.

Starting Friday, May 1st, our coffee prices will increase by 50c.

As many of you have likely seen in the news, global coffee supply costs have been climbing. This adjustment allows us to keep partnering with our mates and ensures we never have to compromise on the quality we serve at Uptown and Downtown.

We love being your daily caffeine stop and truly appreciate your understanding and support!

Johnny Baker UPTOWN will be wrapping up for the year this Friday, the 19th. (Last chance for Portugese tarts!)
We will be taking a summer break and will see you all again when we reopen on Tuesday, January 26th.

Don't worry, you won't be without your pastries! Johnny Baker Downtown remains OPEN throughout the holiday period (we are only closing for Christmas Day and Boxing Day).
