Finding this magazine article saved in Luke’s mum’s things meant the world to us. She carried so much pride for his talent, from his early days in Yorkshire to his years as a wilderness lodge head chef in the Northern Territory.

Yesterday, Luke and I took the trail from The Station in Richmond—picking wild brambles along the way, surrounded by families, kids, and happy dogs.

He said he will take me to show me a special café run by a young chef, but I wasn't expecting this!

​Tucked right along the River Swale near Easby Abbey, The Easby-Loop Café operates out of a container kitchen with stunning river views.

The young founder was inspired by his late grandmother, who always dreamed of opening a café along the trail for passing walkers. He turned her dream into reality.

​The chefs are incredibly sweet and charming, and their story reminds me for my own caravan pancake days back home in Australia! 🥞✨

​If you’re ever in Richmond, North Yorkshire, this spot is an absolute must-visit.

From the heart-warming story to the incredible food and lovely people, it’s pure magic. 🌿☕🍔

It’s was lovely to meet you Nick and Martin. We will be back!
