Good morning everyone,

Please be aware that from this week we will no longer be opening trading on Sundays. This wasn’t an easy decision but has become vital for us to continue running and being here 6 other days.

We are working hard behind the scenes to revert back to a 7 day trade; which we will be doing as soon as possible.

We understand and acknowledge that this isn’t the best news and unfortunately our customers will suffer but we do ask to please come in Saturdays or Mondays for all baked products.

We thank you for your understanding and hope to fix this as soon as we can.

Good morning everyone!!

We are fully stocked today with all of our 2026 hot cross bun flavours!
The bakers have worked hard overnight to deliver for all of them!

A reminder of the flavours we have available;
- traditional fruit
- fruitless
- apple & cinnamon with custard
- biscoff custard
- nutella
- strawberry & chocolate

We have taste tested them all & they’re delicious so please pop on in and grab some as today is the only day for all flavours!

Please see below a reminder for our Easter trading hours. 🐰

Also, a gentle reminder that we are only making the specialty hot cross bun flavours on Thursday 2nd April. They are $8.50 a 4 pack and the flavours are below if you would like to order any.
- strawberry and chocolate
- biscoff custard
- Nutella filled
- apple, cinnamon with custard.

Please note that Saturday 4th April we will only be producing traditional fruit hot cross buns as the only flavour.

Good morning everyone,

Please be advised that we have made the decision to shut the shop on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.

This has been made due to the public holiday rates as well as the unknown with how everything will go with the interest rates, fuel prices etc.

We are currently having all suppliers add a delivery fee to our deliveries which is impacting on our costings too.

We do believe that as a business we try to show up as much as possible and try to avoid closing the shop but this is for staff wellbeing and also to avoid spending unnecessary money.

This means; please place orders now for Thursday 2nd April as well as Saturday 4th April as these will be the only two days of trade through the Easter Period. 🐰🍞🥖🍫

Good morning everyone,

We are so excited to announce our 2026 Hot Cross Bun Flavours.

These special ones will ONLY be made on Thursday 2nd April due to school holidays starting that day.

1 - Apple & cinnamon with custard filling (spiced bun with apple & cinnamon throughout and custard piped in the middle)
2 - Strawberry & Chocolate (both will be in the plain dough so you get maximum flavour!)
3- Biscoff custard (spiced bun with Biscoff custard piped in) - a true crowd favourite from the last 2 years
4- Nutella filled (plain bun with Nutella piped in the middle)

We are CURRENTLY in the process of testing these out so they are the right ratio/flavour & desired look.
Unfortunately until we have perfected them we cannot list a price but please bear with us.

We are so excited for everyone to get some & of course you can place orders for these (we really recommend) so that you get exactly what you’re after!! 🫶🏻🍫🍓🍞

Good afternoon everyone,

Please know that we have had to make a difficult decision and it was not made lightly. We believe we exhausted all options here.

Unfortunately we will be having to shut the business on Sunday 1st March (for just the one day) due to not having enough staff to open the shop. This is a genuine mix of having some staff off on leave but also having to try recruit new staff too.

We try to maintain a constant presence in the shopping centre and wish we could find another option but we cannot risk our other staff burning out in the process.

Please note that we are open Saturday 28th February from 6am - 3pm and will be fully stocked if you would like some yummy treats for the weekend. 🥐🍞🫶🏻

Hello everyone!!
We hope you are all having a great week.

We are giving everyone a gentle reminder that we will be unable to trade Friday 13/2 due to a complete power outage on our side of the shops. We have Energex upgrading the meters which means none of us will have power.

We will be reopen on Saturday 14/2, just bear in mind we might be missing a few items possibly.

Good afternoon everyone!

Please be aware that for the period of the 5th January - 18th January we will be reducing our opening hours. We will only be open from 6am - 3pm.

We may also have less staff working so please understand and be patient if we are busy. This was a planned holiday period for the owners to take some time off before we start getting into the busy period of the year again.

We just wanted to let you know that we are open after having to be shut yesterday due to the power outage that occurred on Friday night. We have plenty of bread and other items baked this morning for you instead of eating leftovers for another day! 😝
