Pastry chef Francesco Triunfo originates from Italy and with over 30 years of experience Francesco creates encapsulating flavors of southern Italy. These include Italian torte, siciliani, millefoglie, tiramusi, zuppetta Napoletana, profitoroles, amaretti, pasta di mandorle and a variety of mignons and biscotti. Other delic
