Our Story
Having grown up in families that have endured several hardships due to Coeliac Disease, and witnessing first hand people’s ill affects
after accidently ingesting a gluten product, has been the motivational
drive behind La’ Bakehouse Exquisites’ quest to improve the quality of life for Coeliac sufferers and the gluten sensitive. We started our extensive research in 2007 and have travelled Nationally and Internationally sourcing specialised ingredients from the flours we currently use, right up to the last grain. We have introduced quality control and quality assurance tests and taken stringent steps to make sure that all our products are tested by a National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) certified laboratory to ensure that the gluten levels are
