I always feel so privileged to be asked to do another celebration cake for a family! This gluten free white chocolate mud was for a very special first birthday, having also done their baby shower and baptism cakes!

My first cake for 2025 🥰 Delicioue chocolate mud cake, with vanilla cream buttercream and homemade raspberry coulis between each layer.
And a rushed, but cute, handmade Koala 🐨

I don't get to bake and decorate often anymore but I do enjoy the creative outlet and seeing people enjoy what I make.

I still haven't gotten any better at remembering to take photos, especially given the time it takes to get good ones.
Nevertheless a pretty in pink to celebrate an 18th a few months ago. Paired with a bottle of bubbles, gorgeous fresh blooms and handmade chocolates.

This was my daughters cake last October. I've been so behind with posting as trying to think of captions takes up too much brain space! Due to work and family commitments, I have also stepped away from baking for now. So it gives me a chance to play catch ups!

I was so honoured to be asked to make my friends wedding cake a few months ago. Nothing brings me more joy than creating something for the people I love.

This beauty was a gluten free vanilla mud cake, with fresh raspberry compote between layers and a vanilla bean buttercream. The heat of summer was a struggle to work with but it was worth it.
