My passion is bespoke layer cakes, home made and featuring local or Australian grown ingredients. I believe that cakes shouldn't just look pretty but they should taste good too which is why you won't see any fondant or novelty cakes on this site, but you sill see meringue buttercream, home made fillings, oodles of ganache, chocolates caramels and the list goes on. Every cake is created to order, so whatever your occasion, Occasional Cakes Canberra should be your number one choice
