Dok Mai cakes is a personalised cake decorating shop that makes cake and cupcake by decorating the cake with buttercream flowers.

We have 2 kinds of cream
1. Italian mariang buttercream:
A thick and creamy frosting that is made by whipping egg whites with sugar syrup and softened butter.
2. White beans buttercream:
the body of the paste is created by the beans and adding a little bit of butter and sugar so the taste is similar to mochi or wagashi. Perfect for those who don't like sweet buttercream.

ดอกไม้เค้ก เป็นร้านรับทำขนมเค้กและคัพเค้ก โดยเน้นการตกแต่งหน้าเค้กด้วยการบีบดอกไม้จาก Italian mariang buttercream ซึ่งเป็นครีมที่หนาเนียนนุ่มมีความหวานน้อย หรือจากครีมถั่วขาวสไตล์ korean bean paste flowers cake ซึ่งกำลังเป็นที่นิยมในขณะนี้จึงเหมาะกับคนที่ไม่ชอบความเลี่ยนของเนื้อครีมที่ใช้ตกแต่งหน้าเค้กทั่วไป
