White chocolate mudcake seems to be a huge favourite for customers and I had two cakes this time. One was a 2 tiered wedding cake, with white buttercream and then scraped it bake to give a naked appearance in areas. The other white chocolate mudcake was a small two layered cake with white buttercream and some rainbow buttercream decorations to make it pop!

This was a fabulous cake to make and I feel lucky that I was able to bring this cake to life for a very special child. This was a strawberry cake, with vanilla buttercream and fondant for flowers. Disney Princess figurines topped off the decorating and they really made the cake.

Halloween saw these creations happen! I truly had a wonderful time decorating these cupcakes with ghosts and monsters. They each had a different look that made them stand out. These vanilla cupcakes were decorated with butter cream icing, sprinkles, Oreo biscuits and assorted candies. Thank you for all the orders and I hope you all had a wonderful Halloween.

Happy to announce with halloween only a couple of weeks away, Holy cake that’s good is going to be making halloween themed cupcakes. They will be vanilla cupcakes with buttercream icing and decorations. You can order a box of 4 for $8.00 just need to comment on the post letting me know or reach out through messenger or through text message. If you’re gluten free or lactose free or both we can make some of these up just need to get in touch and let us know. Delivery will be made on Saturday the 30th of October just in time for Halloween.

Having a birthday during COVID isn’t fun and we’ve all been through it or at least know someone who has had to have a COVID birthday. I had the pleasure of making some delicious birthday cupcakes that were delivered to family so that everyone could share in celebrating the birthday virtually. I made vanilla cupcakes and piped brightly coloured buttercream to decorate. I also made gluten free and lactose free chocolate cupcakes with gluten free, lactose free and fructose free coloured buttercream. These cupcakes were bright, fluffy and soft to celebrate a wonderful person.

Had the absolute pleasure this weekend to make a wedding cake that was a layered vanilla cake with raspberry buttercream. Using fresh puréed raspberries it added that beautiful tang that complimented the sweetness of the buttercream perfectly. It was topped with fresh flowers to add that extra elegance.

This week we delivered over ten boxes of treats to help put smiles on faces during this lockdown. We filled the boxes with four delicious cheesecake flavours: Mango, Triple Choc, Passionfruit and a Brownie cheesecake (brownie base with a light and fluffy cheesecake topping). All of these were non baked cheesecakes and made for those who really enjoy cheesecake!

Yesterday I delivered small boxes made up of four different mini cheesecakes to help put smiles on people’s faces. There are a lot of different things happening for everybody and each of us are experiencing and going through difficult times and Holy Cake That’s Good just wanted to bring a little bit of sweetness to peoples lives. the boxes contained a Strawberry Lemon cheesecake, a Mixed Berry cheesecake, a Nutella cheesecake and a Caramel cheesecake (all non baked). I will be doing another round featuring different flavours and surprising others with a box of sweet treats.

Had some free time to try some new techniques and new creations. I made vanilla cakesicles decorated with white chocolate and sprinkles. Also made vanilla cupcakes with bright coloured icing swirled on top. The taste testers were all smiling as they tried these for me and to be honest that was all the feedback I needed!
