Not a post about my delicious bread and other baked goods. Having a little bit of self love today! It’s been a few weeks of not getting hot and sweaty and my body feels it. Firstly I do a 2 minute lymphatic massage with my gloves then 25 mins of sweat! If you haven’t been kind to yourself today then here is your reminder to do something to make you happy even if it’s just 5 mins or an hour. Have a great week guys 😘
