Opening Hilbert has been a massive whirlwind, but honestly, watching you guys walk through the doors, settle into the new space, and catch up over a coffee makes every single bit of the hard work worth it.

Nothing brightens up a busy rush quite like these faces. 🐾🐶

Honestly, the absolute best part of our shift is getting to say g'day to all the four-legged locals on their daily walks. Whether they're sitting patiently for a quick pat or waiting for a sneaky splash of milk, they're officially part of the Coffix family.
