Good morning. We are diligently preparing some of our pie fillings for Friday and Saturday. We remain very excited about receiving the Bronze award in the meat pie category in Melbourne. In addition to our pies this week, we will be making pizza-topped focaccias for Father's Day, and we will ensure that extra pancakes and Guinness bread are available.
We are open today 7am until 2pm today ☘️

Our Pork Sausage Roll has been awarded SILVER, and our Plain Meat Pie has been awarded BRONZE at the Great Aussie Pie Competition! We are still waiting for the overall grand winner in each category to be announced, but for a small bakery like ours, this means so much. So many hours, early mornings, recipe tweaks, stress, laughs, and love go into what we make, so seeing Sunnylands Sourdough Bakery on that results sheet is a truly proud moment.

A huge mention has to go to Greg, who works incredibly hard behind the scenes and puts so much care into his craft. We are so proud to have him as part of Sunnylands. ❤️

And a very special thank you to Bill from Sunnylands Bakery in Carrickfergus, who so generously shared his recipe, knowledge, and years of experience with us. That kind of support means the world, and this achievement belongs to him too. ❤️

Good morning! We are open today from 7 AM until 12 PM. Our hot box is fully stocked, and we have prepared extra steak and Guinness pies to ensure we do not run out too quickly. Additionally, we are offering pancakes, cinnamon scrolls, muffins, and a plentiful supply of sourdough bread. We hope to see yous soon ❤️

A little first look at our beautiful barista Issy on her wedding day. She's not back just yet, still enjoying her last week of honeymoon, but we are super excited to have her back with us next Saturday ❤️

For those curious about the Irish spice bag pie, this is the dish that served as our inspiration. We chose to not include the hot chips, but we certainly included all the delightful flavors of curry, capsicum, a blend of spice and chicken, creating the ultimate comfort food encased in a buttery, handmade sourdough pastry. We almost cant wait for Friday ourselves 😍☘️

We’re delighted to be serving pure bean coffee here at Sunnylands Sourdough Bakery. To celebrate this, we have introduced our new Biscoff cookies—the perfect match to a hot coffee on a chilly morning.

And if you love the coffee as much as we do, you can now buy bags of Pure Bean coffee beans directly from us in the bakery to enjoy at home! Supporting another local business while bringing our customers great coffee is something we’re really proud of.

Good morning! We are delighted to be back this chilly, yet happy, Saturday. Yesterday, we had the distinct pleasure of hosting the esteemed residents of the Seasons community. We thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful morning tea and cherished their visit. We are open today until 12 PM, and our hot box is fully stocked with our Guinness or chicken spice bag pies, sausage rolls, and Jambons. We look forward to seeing you soon.
