Well… turns out the downside of being a one-woman band is that when one member goes down, the entire band is officially on hiatus.

Unfortunately, I managed to injure myself last week and have been put on a strict 2kg lifting limit. And, as anyone who’s witnessed a fully stocked bread cupboard knows… that’s about one loaf and a strong sense of optimism.

So, with a very heavy (and slightly frustrated) heart, there’ll be no bread cupboard for the foreseeable future — including over Easter.

I’m not exactly sure when I’ll be back up and running, but I promise I’ll keep you posted. At this rate, we might just have to bring back a hot cross buns mid-year… because who says they’re only for Easter anyways?
