Pancakes made by Mr 8 year old this morning. He’s been nagging me for pancakes so I said righto make them yourself 🤣
I think he nailed it!
You can see how easy and versatile the Thermie is to use. He went a bit hard on the flour so we just scooped some out and away we went.
This recipe was also in ounces so it was teaching him different units. Win win 👏🏼

When pizza flavours meet a hearty chicken dinner 🤤

This Italian-inspired dish is so easy in the Thermie – sauté garlic and herbs, cook your rich tomato sauce, then layer with steamed chicken from the Varoma (hello layered cooking) and cheese. Pop it in the oven and dinner is DONE. 🙌

Before I even opened Cookidoo this week, I did a good ol’ fridge rummage. 👀📝 Pulled everything out, checked dates, found that half-used feta, and those veggies hiding in the crisper! 🙈

Then I wrote a list of what needs using and planned my meals AROUND that. Zero waste, budget-friendly, and honestly so satisfying. 🥦🧅🧀

Highly recommend a fridge clean-out before planning the week ahead — your wallet and bin will thank you 💚♻️
