I’ve spontaneously launched a giveaway to three lucky winners for a set of 8 Halloween cookies, one of each design. See instagram post to enter as many times as you like. Entries close 10pm Sunday and winner will be drawn, cookies to be posted Monday morning.

There are also around 160 or so cookies that I’ve made as extras to sell cheaply for those that love cookies but don’t want to do a big order.
All cooki are individually wrapped for freshness.

$4.50 each or $20 for 5. Pick up in Brunswick or happy to post at buyers cost.

Saturday 2nd of August marked the 4th Anniversary of Shyann & Alan’s which now also marks their special day on their new adventure and journey as husband and wife.

It was a really beautiful evening witnessing our friend marrying the queen and loved of his life sharing vows, playing games and a couple of teary eyes in the room.

Thank you for allowing us to be witnesses on your special day in such a beautiful venue, enjoying incredibly delicious food and celebrating with family, colleagues and friends from different walks of life. It was the perfect evening, we’re so happy for the both of you and we wish you a lifetime of love & happiness.

I was also incredibly honoured to make your bonbonniers and wedding cake which I hope you get to enjoy over time.

To the sweetest and happiest little girl I know, we love you to the more than words can articulate.

What an awesome day to celebrate your 3rd birthday with lots of friends, family and the coolest wildlife animals.

We love your sparkly personality, so impressed by your artistic flair, a wonderfully creative and hilarious tiny human that’s super affectionate and so resilient through so many challenges. You’re an inspiration to us and we think you’re just a big superstar. Here’s to another year of memories, family time, good health and lots of play time together.

I almost tried to attempted making a triple rainbow cake but decided to make the inside a big surprise! Sorry to all the mums and dads for all the kids being on a little sugar high yesterday but it was definitely worth it! 🤭

These cookies were made as a farewell to the cast and crew of in the last week after 16 years on air.

Feels like an end of an era of news told differently - bringing attention to issues that matter, raising awareness for so many topics and speaking for those that couldn’t, sharing amazing and touching stories and for the laughs and comedic relief.

A sad day to see the end of The Project on Australian TV. I hope you have an amazing last episode of filming tonight. You should all be really proud of what’s been achieved & I hope you have lifelong friendships to take away from here.

All the best to cast and crew for your next adventure. Well done on 16 years of sharing news your way, you’ll be missed by many. Good Luck, Wishing everyone all the very best for what the future holds.

This week I made a very special set for my brother, celebrating almost 8 years working with Australian Volunteers , celebrating with collegues with only a few days to go before moving on.

For those that aren’t familiar, Australian Volunteers Program Alumni match skilled volunteers with international partners to support them to achieve their development goals in countries in need. My brother took part in one of their programs in Tonga over 10 years ago & also where he met his wife Loz through doing a similar program in Samoa.

It will always hold a special place in his heart, all the great work he’s been able to achieve and be part of is somewhere is bittersweet to be leaving.

They have special pancakes made one particular lady at work with a hot chai every week with alternating soups brought in by colleagues as part of a Soup Club to bond over lunch and a Samoan tapa mat (tried to look for a Tongan Ngatu print but was near impossible to replicate) but was the OG cookie I made to celebrate my SIL & brothers love so I thought it was fitting. He ordered these to share some love and was a privilege to make something super special for them to say thank you for an amazing 7.5 years. I hope they enjoy them and that you have a lovely farewell party.

What’s better than a hearty Gumbo feast in winter? Andy cooked up lots of his signature Louisiana crab gumbo, with sides of corn and oysters for a mid winter dinner party with some friends.

It was a lovely way to send off my neighbour Annika as she makes her move to Switzerland and also a nice surprise to find out it we were also celebrating a 12th year wedding anniversary for two of my pals - happy anniversary John & Sarah. It was such a lovely evening with family and friends. It also means a Crab Boil cookie goodie bag had to be made for a take away treat. Haha.. any reason to cookiefy everything.

Shout out to Cath for making the most amazing baklava too! Everyone loved it & took some home we’ll have dessert for a couple days.🤭 it’s sooo moreish and tasty!

It was so nice to see all of you, thanks for the beer too Eric, looking forward to trying it. 🍤 🦀 🥔

A big Happy 10th Beerthday to Hawkers Beer milestone! It’s been lovely getting to know the craft beer community over the years and a perk I never expected through making baked goods. My friendship with Maz has been one of many surprising friendships gained throughout the years and I am humbled to call him a friend.

Congratulations on all the hard work, getting through challenging times and I wish you and the team many more years of success and great beers to come. It was so great to see you, thank you for letting me be part of your celebration in a small way - I hope you had a great day and enjoy your well deserved break Mazen!

In celebration of their milestone birthday, this cake was mash up of their 10th Anniversary Barrel Aged Stout & artwork by Chris Howe for this Reservoir Locals Hazy IPA.

This is a towering 14” 7 layered Hawkers chocolate stout mud cake infused with 2 cans of double barrel aged imperial stout, with a smooth hazelnut filling and buttercream between each layer, with Royal icing handmade Hawkers logo topper, edible image ‘can cake wrap’ with hand cut crowd surfer on wire jumping out of the cake.

Cupcake same recipe with handmade fondant toppers of their anniversary cans with frosting in colours to match their Hazy IPA can art.

Thank you Allan Bassett for helping me transport the cake! It was a very scary mission & we got it to the brewery in one piece 😄

Over the last few weeks, I’ve been working on an exciting pair up with Well Drawn, turning his beautiful artwork into edible treats to pair with his handmade cards.

This was my take on the much loved Bunnings Snag with Kristian’s trademark face to pair with his Bunnings Sausage card in his Mother’s Day Series.
